PDFSuite provides informational content, product demonstrations, software download prompts, and document-related tools that may be offered on a promotional or sponsored basis. Features shown on the website may be illustrative, simulated, or subject to change without notice.

We do not guarantee that any feature, download, license key, conversion result, or workflow outcome will meet your requirements or function without error on your device.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use sponsored verification flows and third-party partner offers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local laws.

Some access paths may require interaction with independent third-party advertisers, survey providers, app-install partners, or other sponsors ("Partners"). Those offers are operated by third parties, not by PDFSuite.

We do not control, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for Partner content, pricing, fulfillment, data practices, malware, billing, refunds, or any outcome of completing an offer. Your relationship with any Partner is solely between you and that Partner.

Any license key, unlock message, download link, or "free lifetime" language displayed on the site is provided for promotional purposes only unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement. We make no warranty that keys, installers, or files are valid, current, secure, or suitable for production use.

You download and install any software at your own risk. You are solely responsible for scanning files, verifying authenticity, and backing up your data before installation or use.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
• Attempt to bypass security, scrape the service excessively, or interfere with normal operation;
• Misrepresent your identity or completion of sponsor tasks;
• Upload or process content you do not have the right to use;
• Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the service except where permitted by law.

The PDFSuite name, branding, website design, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. No license is granted except as expressly stated on the site.

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PDFSUITE AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, PARTNER OFFERS, DOWNLOADS, OR DOCUMENT PROCESSING.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $50 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (IF ANY).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PDFSuite and its operators from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your documents, your violation of these Terms, or your dealings with third-party Partners.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where the operator of PDFSuiteis established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue over disputes, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
